MISSED APPOINTMENT/LATE CANCELLATION FEE
This is a notice that we reserve the right to charge for missed appointments/late cancellations. An appointment not cancelled 24 hours prior will incur a $45 fee. Missed appointments waste valuable time that could be used to care for other patients who need to be seen. We understand life does happen and sometimes last-minute cancellation is inevitable, however, reoccurring cancellations/failed appointments are an inconvenience to our patients, staff and providers. We greatly thank you for your understanding and appreciate your cooperation with any future cancellations or missed appointments.
