Welcome to Northstate Foot & Ankle’s Redding, CA location. Northstate F&A is happy to offer modern podiatric treatment to the Shasta Cascades Regions largest city. It’s especially important to us since this is where our roots are. Our doctors and employees, including Chandra M. Pasamonte, DPM, FACFAS, grew up right here, and have been part of the community their entire lives. It’s now our honor to return with our team and 60 years of combined experience, to serve the community and help Redding stay active and healthy.
We’re proud to have expanded from our state of the art facility in Chico, CA to our second podiatric care facility in Redding, making our practice as convenient and accessible to northern California residents as we can.

Our podiatrists worked in tandem with Dr. Basinger to ensure all of his patients understand we share the priority of personal care and patient comfort, while upgrading the facility with new technology to support our treatments. It is our focus to provide a comfortable experience as our podiatrists Sarah Feddersen; DPM, Rohit Dadi; DPM and Chandra M. Pasamonte; DPM, FACFAS walk you from initial consultation all the way through to your full recovery. Now patients from all of Shasta County, including Anderson, Cottonwood and Shasta Lake can experience the comfort and first class care provided by the podiatrists at Northstate Foot and Ankle Center. In fact we see patients all the way from Eureka to Susanville, as our foot and ankle doctors provide the exceptional care that is worth the travel.
On-Site Imaging for Convenience of Care
Our facility offers basic imaging on site to keep your care under the supervision of our experienced team. We will not require you to book additional x-rays with a referred third party just to get the care you deserve. Your time is valuable and when you need foot care, it’s important to diagnose the problem quickly. Northstate F&A does this by providing faster care with our on site diagnostic imaging.

Northstate’s team of podiatrists has over 75 years of combined experience giving us the capabilities to assess conditions properly and to provide efficacious care for a wide range of lower extremity issues. Whether your condition is acute and requires a single procedure, or if it stems from a larger health issue such as diabetic foot conditions, we have the experience and to help you heal, or maintain your foot health. This includes ABI testing for diabetic foot conditions, Access to Shasta Regional Medical Center for surgical interventions, custom orthotic fittings, and access to additional imaging such as MRI at our Chico location, if needed.
