In 2018 we moved to a beautiful modern facility in Chico, CA, central to many of northern California’s major cities. That means patients from all of Butte county including Oroville, Paradise and Magalia can experience the comfort and first class care provided by the podiatrists at Northstate Foot & Ankle Center. In fact we see patients all the way from Sacramento as our foot and ankle doctors provide the exceptional care that is worth a bit of travel. Our Chico office is part of the Thrive District in Meriam Park – an innovative and easily accessible community where the focus is on food & health and home to tech workspaces and medical facilities. We are centrally located next to the Butte County Superior Courthouse. We have ample parking, with plenty of up front parking spaces that make our office easily accessible.

On-site Imaging
Our facility has on-site imaging to allow you to gain a complete diagnosis of your foot condition locally and with minimal wait. That includes a full range of MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray and ABI-TBI imaging. Our doctors can provide an accurate diagnosis without sending you to travel for specialty imaging services.
Physical Therapy
We also provide on-site physical therapy to help reduce recovery times and decrease the chance of recurrence. Our professional physical therapists focus on the strength, conditioning and flexibility that are so important in getting you back on your feet with a full recovery.
Biomechanical Analysis and Custom Orthotics
Some foot conditions require the support of a custom orthotic to help retrain your muscles and ensure proper alignment of the bone structures.
At Northstate we have the technology and professional expertise to analyze and fit you with the orthotics that will limit progressive disorders from worsening and support foot health.
Surgical Intervention
While our podiatrists always prefer to find a non surgical solution to your foot condition, some cases do require surgery. Our foot surgeons are able to treat the widest range of disorder in the area from bunions to total ankle arthroplasty.
