We are scheduling all patients with the following safety precautions & restrictions:

• Patients who are symptomatic will not be permitted into the clinic
• Patients must remain in their cars at arrival and call to check in – remember it’s hot, so don’t come more than 5 min. early!
• We are checking temperatures & providing hand sanitizer
• Patient companions are limited to necessity
• Everyone in our clinic must wear a mask, and we are happy to provide one to you
• Our appointments have been extended, to allow the required physical distancing of 6’
