Return Policy

Your satisfaction is Cure✻ated’s goal! If You are not satisfied with Your product, please contact Company so Company may help resolve any issues. 

The request for return authorization must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of Product. No return of Product will be accepted without prior written authorization from the Company.

In order to qualify for a return:

  • Insoles cannot be cut or altered in any way
  • Night Splint cannot be worn or dirty on the outside.
  • Circulation Sleeve cannot be worn or dirty on the outside
  • Original packaging must be included and not damaged 

When a return is approved, Company will authorize the return and will forward You an authorization number to include with the return of Product. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. If You ship Product to Company without first obtaining Company’s written authorization, such shipment may be refused by Company and returned to You when reimbursed for shipping. Any damage to product may be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Company will refund Your account with the price initially charged for the Product plus shipping (if shipping is applicable). If Company’s inspection reveals no legitimate reason to issue refund, Company will inform You that there is “No Refund” and such Product will be immediately disposed of unless: (1). You have specifically requested that all “No Refund” Products be returned to You, or (2). You have enclosed a note with the Product requesting that specific Product be returned if “No Refund” can be allowed. Return of “No Refund” Products shall be at Your expense.

Company knows that some large companies offer free return shipping, and Company hopes someday they’re big enough to do the same. Until then, please follow the return instructions below.

Please include a piece of paper with: 1) Your name, 2) contact number, 3) order number, 4) authorization number, and 5) the item(s) You are returning.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Company will send You an email confirmation when Your refund has been completed. Please allow up to three days to process Your return once it is received in the Company’s warehouse. Company will refund Your account with the price initially charged for the returned Products plus shipping (if shipping is applicable).
